Equine Assisted and Guided Opportunities

 The horses I have had through the years have taught me personally how healing they can be, especially during some pretty traumatic changes in my life. At times they were all I had to lean on.... People are drawn to horses and being in their presence seems to transform us in different ways. Horses live in the present moment. Being in their presence helps us to calm down and be more focused and centered - to be more in the present ourselves. This is when transformation happens!  I have added my horses and Equine Assisted Sessions, for humans, to my energy work, not only because of my love for them, but because they restore positive energy and correct imbalances by clearing our hearts, energy fields, and energy centers. Balancing these imbalances can be very beneficial in helping the body physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually so that it has the chance to heal itself, support itself, or even transition. 


I am an not trained in, nor do I offer equine physical therapy or equine psychotherapy. I do offer a few opportunities throughout the year to be in the "Energy Presence" of my Miniature Horse herd. This not only involves them energetically helping humans but humans giving back and helping them energetically.  ​



Equine Assisted and Guided Energy Sessions:
​ Like the One Hour Energy Session, an Equine Assisted and Guided Energy Session includes a combination of Reiki, Healing Touch for Animals, and Healing Touch techniques along with Pendulum Alchemy from me while the horses do their energetic work. Depending on what is needed - essential oils, Dynamite Specialty Products and
​Phototherapy Products can also be included. ​

Sessions are only available in-person at my farm with my horses.
​Sessions depend on temperature as the barn and indoor arena are not temperature controlled.

Equine Healing Circles:
Lacey Boles (Reiki and Shamanic Practitioner) and I, along with my herd of Miniature Horses have Equine Healing Circles through out the year at my farm. Come and relax - Lacey will drum while leading us all in a meditation. During this time the horses will be doing their energy work. Afterwards we usually have time for any discussion, talk about our circle experiences, and to meet the horses personally. We ask that you wear comfortable clothing appropriate to the weather. We will be in an indoor arena but it is not temperature controlled. Bring along a blanket if you wish. Wear closed toes shoes if you plan to personally be among the horses after the session to protect your toes. Bring water, a notebook if you want to write down what you experienced and a comfortable chair, incase the group is larger than my chair supply.  We always enjoy seeing familiar faces and meeting new!

Give Back To The Horses:
Working thru a healing journey isn't always about receiving what is needed to help. Receiving works hand in hand with giving. And giving can help our well-being just as much as receiving. The Miniature Horses here at Wellness With Infinite Heart are given a choice when and if they want to help us humans. Most of the time they love to and they do it unconditionally. But like humans they also like to have help with relieving physical tension and stress, having positive energy restored, and energetic imbalances corrected - a lot of which they have taken on from the humans they have interacted with.

During a Give Back To The Horses session I will share a simple bodywork technique that the participant having the session will then do hands-on with a  horse. The intention of the session is to give a gift to the horse - help it to release tension.  The focus of the session is on the horse and how it responds or reacts, not on the participate having to focus on their problems and fixing them. From interacting with the horse, with the focus being elsewhere the participant has the
opportunity for benefits as well:

*Promotes feeling of calmness and connection between the participant and horse*
*Reduces anxiety because cortisol levels are lowered when in the presence of horses*

*Improves focus and provides an opportunity to "be present" and to experience mindfulness*
*Provides a sense of self and personal value because of the impact the participant feels they have after watching the horse's responses to tension relief that they have helped with* 
*Helps to expand communication and connection between a horse and human - something that can be used on a participant's own horse*

This is where my Masterson Method® Equine Specialist certification comes in ... the techniques I use from the work were specifically made to work with horses working in equine assisted therapy programs AND their human clients! These type of sessions are done at the program facility with their horses and their therapists or counselors.
